DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Our client---a well-respected architectural lighting manufacturer with whom we’ve placed people before---is seeking a calm, flexible and hardworking Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations and factory floor, improve processes and mentor your team!

You will use your lighting fixture background, your stamping, punch press, binding, welding turret press and tooling knowledge, your strong time management skills and your experience running a facility in addition to your MRP experience as you schedule people and jobs to meet timelines. Your experience in assembly and a machine shop environment will also serve you well.

Our ideal candidate is currently an Director or Manager of Operations, Plant Manager or Manufacturing Manager, is a multi-tasker, is cool under pressure and is able to keep the workflow going to meet timelines!  Our ideal candidate also must also be a multitasker.  BS/BA Degree is highly preferred; little to no travel.

If you want a career, not a job, send us your resume along with an accomplishment that best demonstrates your most significant work. Include this in your email response and we’ll read it first.
