National Sales Manager


Our client, one of the fastest growing companies in our industry, is currently searching for a dynamic, versatile, extremely energetic and focused National Sales Manager to call on distributors and major end users, some contractors, ESCO’s and utilities while managing rep agencies throughout the U.S. evaluating their performance and adding or replacing rep agencies in territories as needed!

You will utilize your knowledge of commercial lighting fixtures (ideally interior fixtures or possibly lamps), your ability to make a big impact, flexibility and open-mindedness as you scale our client’s presence nationally, grow the business, grow the top line and continue their increase in market share.

Our ideal candidate is currently a National Sales Manager, Regional Manager, Business Development Manager or Regional Vice President, is flexible, enjoys being in front of customers and is results-oriented and results-driven. Our ideal candidate also excels at motivating rep agencies, making joint calls and growing markets in an organized and efficient manner. Experience with NEMRA reps and our white goods is a real plus, not essential; someone entrenched in the energy, ESCO and/or retrofit market would be ideal. BA/BS degree preferred; 50-60% travel.
