Our client [a manufacturer with a premium reputation in their niche and whose team has no problem getting meetings with architects] is seeking a very ethical, driven, polished and very organized National Sales Manager to set goals, measure and monitor performance, do sales forecasting and assist with a lot of forward planning as you continue our client’s pattern of strong revenue growth!  

You will utilize your excellent communications skills, your experience selling a high-end product that is more expensive than your competitors, your experience calling on high-end architects and your knowledge of architectural and/or decorative lighting as you make calls on architects (both direct and with your rep agencies). 

Our ideal candidate is currently a National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or possibly a Vice President of Sales and has experience in indoor, outdoor, decorative and/or custom fixtures and is someone who wants to be able to put their fingerprint on a company!  Custom lighting and experience calling on governments are both big plusses but not critical as well as the ability (and patience) to work on prestigious projects which are sometimes long term. BS/BA degree is preferred (but not critical); 30-40% travel.
