Product Manager

Our client (a highly-regarded architectural products manufacturer with whom we’ve placed people before) is seeking an analytical, entrepreneurial Product Manager with good technical aptitude who truly wants to take ownership of their product line and can think big and broadly to develop product portfolio strategy, determine where the market is moving and what our client needs to do to maintain their leadership position!

You’ll use your experience as a Product Manager or product-focused Marketing Manager, your familiarity with architectural products, your superior leadership skills and ability to take the initiative as you act as the lead for the evolution of our client’s current products (and products currently under development) as you build a broad strategy around their product line.

Our ideal candidate is currently is Product Manager, Marketing Manager or an Engineering Manager or Senior Product Development Engineer with a Marketing degree and/or MBA. Our ideal candidate also is comfortable explaining their business by the numbers, is able to think and talk technically and isn’t intimidated by analytics and enjoys working in a very collaborative environment. Your ability to articulate a multi-year strategy around a product line will come in handy. If our ideal candidate is on the marketing/product management side, an engineering degree is a real plus! 10-15% travel.
