Our client (a rapidly growing company with whom we’ve placed several candidates) is looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented, and attentive Contractor Sales Representative to call on electrical (and some general) contractors in the Cleveland and Akron area!
You’ll utilize your strong relationships with contractors combined with your experience selling pipe, wire and/or lighting as you target your desired contractor customers, follow up on leads and establish personal relationships and close orders and chase them. Your experience working with bid work is ideal, but design build experience is fine as well.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Contractor Sales Representative with an electrical distributor, electrical or general contractor or an electrical or lighting rep agency. Additionally, a Cleveland or Akron-based Regional Sales Manager who would like to travel less and focus on a smaller territory will be considered! Our ideal candidate is also very customer-oriented with a good personality and has terrific follow-through. Degree preferred, not critical. No overnight travel.
