Our client (a very established manufacturer with extremely low turnover) is seeking a dynamic and well-rounded Director of Marketing to raise brand awareness for their various product lines and come up with strategies on growth for their various channels and then execute those plans!
You will utilize your successful track record in marketing of lighting or electrical products and your experience managing potential channel conflict as you develop our client’s social media presence and create ad campaigns. Your passion for marketing will help you as you work with SEO optimization and work closely with our client’s sales and product development teams, taking their ideas and turning them into reality.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing with a lighting or electrical manufacturer and is punctual with a great work ethic. Our ideal candidate has experience marketing to OEMs, distributors, municipalities and/or maintenance facilities and experience with effectively managing channel conflict is a big plus! Management experience is critical; degree is highly preferred, marketing degree ideal but not essential. 25% travel.
