Director of Sales and Marketing
Our client company (a strong and growing player in their niche with a very close-knit culture) is looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-directed Director of Sales and Marketing to drive new business with end users in the education, commercial, indoor sports, recreational facility, industrial and retail sectors!
Your deep experience in the controls and/or fixtures, your skill in managing rep agencies across the country and identifying and calling on end users as well as your natural gifts in the art of sales will all be utilized as you generate new business. Focused on the needs of the customers, your great communications skill will also come in handy as you present solutions and partner with clients to transform their spaces.
Our ideal candidate is currently a National Sales Manager or Director of Sales (or possibly an upward bound Regional Sales Manager who consistently meets/exceeds her/his sales objectives) with strong end user experience! In addition, our ideal candidate is very trustworthy and enjoys working autonomously. Experience with retrofit and commercial utility rebates is a real plus, but not essential. BS/BA degree preferred (but not essential); travel required if needed to make the sale.
