Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing (33% last year!) quality manufacturer is seeking a confident, aggressive, experienced, self-starting Director of Sales in the greater DFW area to lead their team of sales and project management professionals and work with real estate developers and homebuilders, managing the pipeline while ensuring deadlines are met and products are shipped!
You will utilize your sales experience in lighting or electrical products and your excellent closing skills as you work with national contractors and national homebuilders and grow sales through team management. Your ability to close the big sale will come in handy, and this role will have the ear of leadership and a hand in the overall growth trajectory of the company, making a difference you’ll be able to see.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Regional Sales Manager or Director of Sales or an outstanding Contractor Sales Representative with management experience in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex with an excellent understanding of project management. And our client is a true Buy American company! Degree a plus but not critical; travel 15%.
