Pompeo Group has been retained by our client (a true leader in their lighting niche) to identify a dynamic, hands-on, self-directed Engineering Manager to manage resources and drive the introduction of new products and work with customer-specific product requirements and modifications!
Your experience in IP-rated products and mechanical enclosures, along with knowledge of electronics, and ISO 9001, ETL, and Intertek standards, will be essential as you work cross-functionally to develop advanced lighting solutions.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a solid understanding of indoor lighting systems installed in a high-pressure water environment. Knowledge of LEDs, PCBs, and driver technology is a big plus. Our ideal candidate is based in the Houston area and has a background in product development in lighting. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology is preferred, not essential. Very little travel.
