Our client (a contracting firm with a great group of large, established customers) is seeking a goal oriented, energetic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on General Manager to oversee sales, manage and control costs, and bid and price jobs!
Your experience as a strong team leader, your own successful track record in sales, your experience managing teams, and experience in electrical or lighting contracting and/or services will serve you well as you manage both sales and operations, develop more business, increase revenue with existing customers, and manage P&L for this well-established services company located in the DFW Metroplex.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced and respected General Manager, President, Branch Manager or VP/Director of Sales who has successfully led sales teams, worked with and led an excellent support team. Our ideal candidate also is currently in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area and has the ability/potential to fully run our client’s business (that has not yet reached its full potential) and take it to new heights—all the systems are in place! This is not a remote role — our client is looking for someone to fully run the show and be right in the thick of things managing their company and team. Five years plus of experience managing a sales team is required. Degree preferred but not required, minimal travel.
