Our client (a manufacturer proud of their very low turnover who encourages professional growth) is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on National Showroom Sales Manager with excellent follow-through and a passion for decorative products to drive business by adding new accounts, calling on lighting showrooms nationally and managing their rep network!
Your successful track record with decorative products (lighting, furniture and/or kitchen or bath fixtures), your experience managing a rep network, your familiarity with the immediate response nature of the showroom channel will serve you well as you increase sales nationally and use your showroom product experience to have a say in product development, pricing and strategy.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced National Sales Manager or Director of Sales calling on showrooms but an outstanding Regional Sales Manager with rep management experience who is passionate about decorative products and is truly ready to move up to a national role will be considered. A strong track record of success selling to the showroom market is required. Degree not critical, travel 40-50%.
