OEM Business Development Manager
Our client (a recognized name in the industry with big customers standing outside their gates wanting to work with them) has engaged Pompeo Group to identify an entrepreneurial, collaborative, well-spoken and team-oriented OEM Business Development Manager to identify new potential customers, engage existing customers, and determine customers’ needs for solutions!
Your collaborative nature, team-oriented attitude, your ability to work well with other teams, experience with OEM sales of power supplies, lighting controls, fixtures, or light engines, relationships with lighting manufacturers and roll up you sleeves work ethic will be keys to success as you work to understand customers’ profiles, determine where the company can add value and work closely with the technical lead. You won’t be dealing with a lot of red tape, will have direct access to upper management and opportunities for growth with our client that prides itself on promoting from within!
Our ideal candidate is currently a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Manager with a network of valued relationships with lighting OEM customers and is located near a major airport who is looking for an upward career path. Degree highly preferred, but not critical; 50-60% travel.
