Our client (a major industry player) is seeking a collaborative, strategic, hands-on President/CEO to manage all aspects of their U.S. business unit including sales strategy, market development and operations!
Your strong experience in decorative and/or residential lighting, your understanding of channel strategy, product and market trends and demonstrated abilities in DIY, eCommerce and/or showroom channels along with a can-do attitude and willingness to wear many hats will enable you to take our client to the next level and drive significant growth. A true entrepreneurial mindset, and leadership acumen will serve you well in this multi-dimensional role, with tremendous growth opportunities and you will have the support of the corporate headquarters providing you what you need to build your team and your vision. Our ideal candidate is currently a Vice President of Sales, VP/Marketing, or Vice President of Product Development with a strong grasp of overall operations who is ready to take that next step, or a President or CEO. Experience with decorative residential lighting – primarily interior, consumer is critical. Experience with Depot, Lowe’s, Costco or Ferguson would be a real plus. Degree preferred but not critical; MBA preferred.
