Our client company (a highly respected manufacturer with whom we have placed several successful candidates and who is continually developing new products) has retained Pompeo Group to identify a proactive, hungry, responsive, and likeable Regional Sales Manager to work closely with their rep agencies to develop a ‘brand champion’ at each throughout Ontario and west to British Columbia!
You will use your network of great relationships with specifiers, your strong knowledge of interior or exterior architectural lighting, and your very strong presentation skills as you train your agencies, establish territory goals and programs and execute and follow through with your reps.
Our ideal candidate is based in in the Ontario/Toronto or B.C./Vancouver area and is currently a Regional Sales Manager or a Specification Sales Representative with a driver personality who is an effective communicator, who gets excited when talking about products and who is not afraid to ‘take the bull by the horns’! Involvement with the IES and/or IALD is a real plus, as is familiarity working with interior designers. Degree preferred but not essential; 45-50% travel.
