Regional Sales Manager, Western U.S.
Our client company (a highly respected manufacturer with whom we have placed several successful candidates and who is continually developing new products) has retained Pompeo Group to identify a responsive, proactive, hungry, and likeable Western Regional Sales Manager to work closely with their rep agencies to develop a ‘brand champion’ at each agency throughout the western U.S.!
You’ll use your strong knowledge of interior or exterior architectural lighting and your network of great relationships with lighting designers, architects and engineers, and your very strong presentation skills as you educate and train your agencies, establishing territory goals and programs as well as executing and following through.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Regional Sales Manager or a Specification Sales Representative and is an effective communicator with a driver personality who gets excited when talking about products and who is not afraid to ‘take the bull by the horns’! Involvement with the IES and/or IALD are both real plusses, as is familiarity working with interior designers. Degree preferred but not essential; 45-50% travel.
