Our client (a stable company with great vision who is in the acquisition mode) is looking to identify a well-respected, proactive, well-spoken, and likeable Southwest Regional Sales Manager to manage their rep network throughout the southwest U.S. as well as managing relationships with key specifiers!
Your true passion for lighting, strong knowledge of the market and specifiers, your strong knowledge of interior or exterior architectural lighting and your good relationships with agency principals as you achieve company revenue goals, work with sales forecasting, manage the pipeline as well as territory planning and budgeting.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Regional Sales Manager, Sales Representative or Director of Sales living in Colorado, Texas, Nevada, or Arizona who is hungry and who is looking for an upward career path. Degree highly preferred, but not critical; 50-60% travel.
