Our client (a well-respected and growing player in the region) is looking for an outgoing, customer oriented, relationship building Specification Sales Representative to call on electrical engineers, lighting designers and architects in the Omaha and Lincoln area!
You’ll utilize your outstanding relationship skills, your understanding of the specification channel, your desire to develop business combined with your experience in lighting and/or controls and shading as you educate the specifiers and serve as the product knowledge expert. You’ll be forming close relationships with engineers, designers, and architects, following up on leads and closing orders.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Specification Sales Representative with a lighting rep agency or a Regional Sales Manager with a manufacturer who would like to travel less and focus on a smaller territory. Our ideal candidate is currently in the Lincoln or Omaha area, but our client is willing to consider a candidate who is based in a surrounding state and who is willing to relocate. Additionally, a lighting designer or architect who would like to move into sales will be considered! Degree preferred, not critical; LC designation a real plus. Minimal overnight travel.
