Our client (a regular client partner of Pompeo Group with a long list of recognizable projects throughout the U.S.) has retained us to identify an analytical, detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to create and improve processes and remove obsolete inventory!

You will leverage your problem-solving ability and detailed communications skills, your expertise in procurement, cycle counting, inventory management, and supplier negotiations to drive efficiency and optimize supply chain processes as you provide hands-on leadership in material flow, inventory accuracy, and vendor performance management. Your experience with ERP systems (such as NetSuite) will make you an integral part of their ERP administrative team to ensure optimal use of the system for the current and future states of their business.

Our ideal candidate is currently a Supply Chain Manager or Director, Logistics Manager or Director or Procurement Leader with a background in manufacturing and warehouse operations and is adept at managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. Our ideal candidate is also experienced in documentation of supply chain processes (such as workflows, cycle times, etc.), has strong organizational skills, coupled with a knack for continuous improvement! A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Very little travel.
