Our client (a manufacturer with very low turnover with whom we have placed several people) seeks a practical, hands-on, and low drama Sustaining Engineering Manager to assist their production quality, efficiency and troubleshooting efforts across a variety of technical lighting products and product lifecycle management!
You will use your electronic bench testing expertise, foundational knowledge of electrical concepts, and experience in certification processes to maintain our client’s high standards and collaborate with teams on vital projects. Your experience in and strong understanding of environmental compliance documents, experience interacting with UL, and the ability to lead cross-training efforts and your experience managing certifications and executing processes like RMA and AQL will be instrumental in ensuring their environmental compliance certifications.
Our ideal candidate is currently an Electrical Engineer, UL Certification Engineer, Lab Technician, or Electronic Design Engineer with a practical approach to problem-solving and a strong technical foundation. A technical degree (BSEE or BSEET) is highly preferred along with hands-on lab experience. Some overseas travel.
