Technical Sales Engineer, Central/West U.S.
Our client company (a manufacturer with very little turnover who proud of their employee longevity) is looking for an outgoing, direct and humble Technical Sales Engineer to grow their sales by working closely with their rep agent network calling on utilities and municipalities throughout the Central/West U.S.!
You will use your interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, your excellent presentation abilities and problem-solving skills as you leverage your relationships with utilities and municipalities and then turn them over to our client’s engineering team.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Field Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer or Technical Sales Representative and in Southern California or Chicago, but candidates in other major Western U.S. metro areas will be considered. Your understanding of the differences between ZigBee and Wi-Fi is highly preferred. Engineering degree is a real plus but not critical. 50% travel.
