Vice President of Sales
Our client company (an innovative and well-respected manufacturer of architectural lighting) is seeking a polished, collaborative, data-driven and very strategic Vice President of Sales with excellent management experience to lead their sales team, continue to develop and enhance relationships with their agency network and the specification community, and drive strong growth!
You will use your sales leadership success in architectural lighting fixtures (indoor strongly preferred), your ability to think strategically from a go-to market viewpoint and understanding of product applications as you lead your sales team and work closely with both the board and CEO.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales, or possibly a senior Regional Vice President with excellent communications skills, a proven track record of generating and increasing revenue, is calm, cool and collected and understands nurturing, growing and leading a team! This is a key position in the company, reporting directly to the CEO and will contribute to their strategic vision going forward. Management experience is required, strong experience with SalesForce (or similar software program) is a huge plus, but not essential. BS/BA degree preferred (but not critical); 50-70% travel [when travel opens back up].
