Our client (an established lighting company with a high-performing culture and a great team dynamic) seeks a very process-oriented Vice President of Sales with high EQ to drive sales, develop strategy and process, and manage their sales team!
Your experience as a sales team leader, your sense of urgency, your own successful track record in industrial lighting, marine lighting and/or harsh and hazardous lighting will serve you well as you top-grade our client company’s sales team and evaluate and change their sales structure as necessary. You’ll be the missing piece of the puzzle in this very visible role within our client company.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced and respected Vice President of Sales (or Regional Vice President truly ready to move to the next level) who has successfully led sales teams in the areas of heavy industrial lighting, harsh environment lighting, commercial lighting and or marine lighting and knows how to give their team credit but also hold them accountable, and have this down to an art form! Experience working with private equity is a plus. Degree preferred, but not critical, 60-75% travel.
