Vice President of Sales
Our client (a company in a good liquidity position with whom we’ve placed several people) is looking for a sharp, resilient, collaborative, growth-minded and data-driven Vice President of Sales to build sales strategies and build the structure within their sales team as they focus on growing our client’s ESCO business!
Your excellent pipeline management and large project sales experience and your enterprise leadership style combined with your CRM experience will all come into play as you manage and continue to grow their revenue with national accounts. Your understanding of the tensions between generating revenue, profitability and financial return and your comfort with a performance-based environment will serve you well as you build and maintain the sales pipeline and lead your sales team.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Vice President of Sales, Executive or Director of Sales with an ESCO or possibly selling to ESCOs. A Regional Vice President with direct reports who is ready to move to the next step will be considered as well. Degree preferred, but not essential; 30-40% travel.
