Our client company (a company with consistent growth Y-T-Y) has engaged Pompeo Group to identify a confident and business savvy Regional Sales Manager to engage with their agents to specify and close projects throughout the western U.S.!
You’ll use your strong lighting and/or controls knowledge and deep understanding of architectural lighting and your connections in the design community as you gain mindshare with agents and work collaboratively with our client’s internal teams including marketing, customer service and product development. Your network of great relationships with specifiers and agents will serve you well as you embrace autonomy and manage your region like your own business unit.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Regional Sales Manager or Sales Representative (or perhaps an outgoing, people-oriented Lighting Designer looking to make the jump to sales) who embraces autonomy and likes to manage her/his region like it’s their own business unit. Our ideal candidate currently lives in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Seattle, or Denver and is passionate about lighting and design. Degree preferred but not essential; management experience a plus but not critical; 45-50% travel.
