Recruiter Associate

Pompeo Group, the premier recruiting firm in the lighting, electrical and controls industry is looking for a talented Recruiter Associate to join our team!  We are seeking professionals with enthusiasm who enjoy spending the day talking with people, building rapport, and helping potential candidates see themselves in new roles as they move upward and onward in their careers.  Inside or outside sales or retail sales experience is highly preferred.  Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is not necessary.  You don’t need to be an engineer, either. If you are a great communicator and love dealing with people, we can teach you the rest.  We offer training to get you up to speed in your new career where you have the opportunity to help our client companies grow and improve the quality of your candidates’ lives.  Pompeo Group will consider remote work with flexible hours for candidates residing in California or New Mexico.
