Pompeo Group’s long-term client, a highly respected company with impressive employee longevity, is seeking a self-starting Business Development Manager for the Western U.S. This role focuses heavily on the Pacific Northwest and Northern California, calling on ESCOs, energy installers, and national accounts within the healthcare, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors.

ALERT: If you prefer a boss who micromanages your schedule, this is not the role for you. Success requires a deep industry network and the gumption to work autonomously while engaging with facilities maintenance and national account partners to drive growth.

The ideal candidate is a sales professional based in the Northwest or NorCal with a strong will to win and experience collaborating with challenging customers. Familiarity with NALMCO, NAESCO, or NAILD is a significant plus. This position offers high autonomy with little rep agency interface. Degree preferred. 60 to 65% travel.
