Our client (a very profitable manufacturer of high-end lighting with tremendous year over year growth) is seeking a collaborative, mentorship-minded Chief Executive Officer to drive culture, and coach their dynamic team as well as developing company goals and their go-to-market strategy in concert with the team and the board!
An experienced outdoor lighting executive who truly understands how to motivate and empower teams will be able to take the reins of our fast-growing client and build on their success. Your ability to leverage data, your excellent analytical capabilities, mindset to work collaboratively with your team and the board of directors, P&L experience, and understanding of municipalities, HOA’s, developers, distributors and/or Parks & Recreation will serve you well.
Our ideal candidate is currently a President or CEO with experience in both the U.S and Canada, but a Division President or Vice President or a strong Vice President of Sales will be considered as well. Our ideal candidate is also technology savvy and has a successful track record in lighting, but an outstanding leader from any highly engineered building product is also a possibility. A passion for leading the green transition is a real plus! Degree preferred but not critical. 25% travel.
