Our client (a very profitable manufacturer of high-end lighting with strong year over year growth) is seeking a collaborative, empathetic, mentorship-minded, and humble Chief Executive Officer to drive culture, and coach and empower their executive team as well as developing company goals and our client’s go-to-market strategy in concert with the team and the board!
You will use your superior listening skills, creative sales leadership style, excellent communications skills, commercial lighting background, comfort working with a board and private equity and your experience with high growth situations as you help align our client’s organization and dig even deeper into what their customers are looking for. Your experience in guiding a positive and productive work-life balance will also come into play.
Our ideal candidate is currently a lighting executive at the President/CEO/Vice President of Sales & Marketing level. Position is based in Canada and cannot be remote. Degree preferred but not critical. 25% travel.
