Pompeo Group’s client company (a growing lighting and controls company with a strong work environment and inside sales support) is seeking a knowledgeable, relationship-focused Contractor Specialist to call on electrical contractors, develop existing contractor relationships, identify new opportunities, and provide lighting and controls expertise to customers throughout Southern California.
You will use your lighting, controls, and contractor sales experience along with strong communication and customer relationship skills, to build trusted relationships, support projects, develop sales opportunities and help clients find the right lighting and controls solutions.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Contractor Sales Representative, Lighting Sales Representative, Manufacturer’s Representative, or an experienced Inside Sales Rep, Project Manager, or Estimator/Quotations professional with strong customer contacts who are ready to take the next step in their careers. Candidates with strong electrical contractor backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Los Angeles and Orange County focus; surrounding Southern California markets may also be considered.
