Our client (a leader with customer-specific product designs) has retained Pompeo Group to identify an energetic, upfront, and humble Engineering Manager to oversee engineering operations by improving their current product offering and direct new product introductions!
You’ll deploy your interpersonal skills, technical acumen, excellent presentation abilities, and adept problem-solving skills to flesh out innovative product development ideas, deploy engineering resources, and seamlessly transition product to manufacturing.
Our preferred candidate is currently an Engineering Manager or Director of Engineering but an outstanding design engineer, manufacturing engineer, or industrial engineer who is ready and able to move up will be considered as well! Our ideal candidate lives in the southeast Virginia or Northeast North Carolina region. Our client is growing with many new customers in the military, aerospace, and oil/gas sectors. Familiarity with the distinctions between Hall effect, VR, and Eddy Current technology is a critical component to this position. An understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards is highly favored. BS Engineering degree preferred, not critical. Very little overnight travel.
