Pompeo Group’s client company (whose culture emphasizes integrity and service) is seeking an Executive Vice President to take the lead in shaping and reinforcing a positive culture while driving results through strong relationships with contractors, partners and most importantly the specification community!

You will use your leadership experience, strong knowledge of fixtures and controls and your understanding of manufacturing and/or agency operations as you guide a talented team that includes specification, contractor, and field service managers. You’ll also collaborate closely with company leadership to strengthen partnerships with key players across the distribution channel—including major firms such as Graybar and Rexel and continue building the company’s strong presence on both the specification and contractor sides of the business! Your strong reputation and gravitas in our industry and a “whatever it takes” team-first attitude will be essential to your success.

Our ideal candidate is currently a Vice President, Regional Vice President, or possibly Principal, Specification Sales Manager, Contractor Sales Manager with an independent rep agency, or with a respected lighting or controls manufacturer or distributor. Our ideal candidate also is a hands-on leader who has a sense of ownership, builds trust, mentors teams and has strong communication and relationship-building skills.  This is a real opportunity to help sculpt a company and its culture and have a real voice in their growth!  Degree preferred but not required. Travel 40–50%.
