Pompeo Group’s client company (with whom we’ve placed multiple successful candidates) is seeking a polished, charismatic, National Accounts Sales Representative to develop new business with national, industrial, solar, HVAC, retail, hospitality, and big-box end users, and build scalable, profitable relationships!

You will use your national accounts sales success, and your strong pricing and deal-structuring instincts to prospect, qualify, convert, and close new opportunities. Your comfort working with CRM platforms will serve you well as you make presentations to sophisticated audiences to multi-site customers.

Our ideal candidate is currently a National Accounts Manager, Key Accounts Manager, or Strategic Accounts Manager, and is hands-on, self-directed and very comfortable working directly with end users. Our ideal candidate has experience in lighting and/or electrical, thrives in a ‘hunter’ role, is calm under pressure and is looking for a long-term commitment. Degree preferred but not critical; travel 40-60%.
