Pompeo Group’s client company (a global player who continues to grow and has strong brand recognition) is seeking an energetic, competitive, organized Gulf Central Regional Sales Manager to make calls with your sales team on end users, distributors, contractors and national accounts as you drive growth across Texas, Colorado Oklahoma and Arkansas, Nevada and Wyoming!
You will use your management experience, your connections in electrical distribution, your lighting fixture and/or controls experience with a manufacturer or distributor or agency and your strong time management skills as you create strategy and set goals for your sales team.
Our ideal candidate lives in Texas (or possibly Oklahoma or Arkansas and is currently a Regional Manager, Division Manager, Branch Manager, or a candidate from distribution with management experience. Our ideal candidate is an extravert, has a great work ethic who likes being in front of their customers and also has a good sense of humor (!). Degree preferable not critical; 50-60% travel.
