Pompeo Group’s client company (who enjoys a great reputation and has been introducing more and more new products over the past year) is seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and relationship-driven New York Regional Sales Manager to manage agents across New York, build direct relationships with key channel partners, specifiers, contractors, and distributors, and drive specification activity by getting products on project plans while collaborating with our client’s other RSM’s across regions to win business!

You will use your strong sales experience in architectural lighting and/or controls, your ‘roll up your sleeves’ style and ability to be in NYC almost daily as you independently develop relationships with specifiers and key stakeholders rather than relying solely on representatives.

Our ideal candidate is currently a New York-based Regional Sales Manager or Specification Sales Representative (or possibly a lighting designer with exceptional relationship-building skills and a strong commercial mindset). Our ideal candidate is passionate, driven, thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, enjoys collaborating with internal teams and external partners and builds long-term partnerships within the specification and design community. Degree not required.
