Our client (an established, financially secure lighting manufacturer) seeks an entrepreneurial, goal oriented, enthusiastic, and passionate Southwestern Regional Sales Manager to manage their agent network, build relationships with key channel partners, and work with distribution.
Your successful track record in sales calling on specifiers and your experience managing a large rep network will serve you well as you increase sales in your territory working with some of the largest and best agencies in the country. You’ll have the ability to make the necessary adjustments to increase sales as well as build new relationships with specifiers (and some contractors and distributors) throughout the region.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced Regional Sales Manager or Outside Sales Representative from a manufacturer or rep agency who has successfully managed agencies in the Western US and resides in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio or Houston (but outstanding candidates in Denver or Phoenix will also be considered). Our ideal candidate is also someone who wakes up every morning excited about what they do! Degree preferred but not critical; travel 30-40%.
