Pompeo Group’s client has asked us to identify a proactive, resourceful Southeast Regional Sales Manager who can take ownership of a dynamic multi-state territory. This role is ideal for someone who loves winning specifications, developing projects, and driving revenue by staying deeply engaged with the design/spec community—while also building strong ties with contractors and distributors.
You’ll draw on your entrepreneurial spirit, personal drive, and start-up mentality as you track and protect projects from concept through close. Your background in interior lighting and/or smart fixtures or controls will help you partner effectively with reps, specifiers, and contractors, influence design early, and coordinate internal support to ensure a successful finish. Your understanding of channel partnerships—and your ability to evaluate and strengthen your rep network—will matter greatly here.
We’re looking for someone currently in Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami, or Tampa who’s working as a Regional Sales Manager or Specification Sales Representative with strong project leadership skills. Experience with multi-location clients or strategic accounts is a plus. This is truly a “CEO of your territory” opportunity.
