Pompeo Group’s client company (who has a great portfolio of products and terrific distributor partners) is seeking a self-motivated, outgoing and analytical Senior Sales Representative to drive distributor relationships, develop trust with key partners and make joint and solo calls on contractors and end users as you maintain and grow share in Western Michigan!

You will use your knowledge of electrical and/or lighting, your customer-facing sales experience calling on end users, distributors and contractors, your ability to call on customers with complex organization and various layers, your ability to turn spreadsheet data into purposeful business plans, and your intentional approach to territory management as you build relationships and grow market share through projects and conversions.

Our ideal candidate is currently a Sales Representative, Territory Sales Manager, or distributor sales professional with experience calling on ESCO’s, educational facilities, senior living facilities and/or hospitality customers, but candidates working for a rep agency or manufacturer calling on contractors and end users will also be considered.  Our ideal candidate currently lives in Grand Rapids, Lansing or Kalamazoo who has proven ability to work on your own, calling on contractors, and has strong end-user sales exposure. BS Degree preferred: 20-25% travel.
