Pompeo Group’s client company (a dynamic, growing firm with an energized culture and strong industry presence!) is seeking a knowledgeable, collaborative Specification Sales Representative to call on lighting specifiers, support design teams, participate in design charettes, and provide product and technology expertise to clients and internal teams!
You will use your architectural lighting, lighting design, engineering, specification sales or related experience, along with broad lighting knowledge and strong communication skills, to build trusted relationships, support projects, conduct presentations and help clients find the right lighting solutions.
Our ideal candidate is currently a Specification Sales Representative, Lighting Designer, Electrical Engineer, Applications Engineer or similar professional who is a good listener, trusted advisor and clear communicator. Detroit metro area required; remote/hybrid possible. Very little travel, approximately 2–3 overnight trips per year.
