Pompeo Group Celebrates 20 Years by Hosting Interview Workshops for Rescue Missions and Homeless Organizations

Pompeo Group has reached an exciting milestone as the company celebrates twenty years of delivering superior executive search services to lighting and electrical manufacturers, design firms and distributors.

“We’re very proud of reaching this milestone. Rather than throw a party or pop champagne to celebrate our 20th anniversary, we want to express our gratitude by giving back,” stated Paul. Over the years, Pompeo Group has conducted a series of in-person ‘Re-Entering the Workforce’ workshops with various organizations such as the San Diego Rescue Mission, Steelbridge, Generate Hope and The Barrett Foundation. To commemorate their 20-year anniversary, Pompeo Group will be continuing their commitment to giving back by offering a series of workshops through the summer and fall, kicked off on June 12 at the Dream Center in Los Angeles. 

Mary Lindenmuth, Pompeo Group Recruiting Director, added, “No one could have predicted the events that have taken place in hiring and the employment market over the past 20 years including the ‘great resignation’, the gig economy and the shift to remote work. As we have worked with our client companies and candidates to navigate these changes, it’s been an incredible journey for Pompeo Group.”

We’re very much looking forward to our next 20 years.”
